Gente, se voces estao a procura de uma base leve, para todos os dias, que nao seja tao "tijolao", recomendo muito a base Teint Miracle da Lancome (aquela que a Kate Middleton usou no dia do casamento). Eu achava que era tudo um exagero, que a base ia ser igual a todas as outras, mas me surpreendi muito com o resultado. Estou usando ha uns 3 meses e amando! =D
Segundo a Lancome, eles levaram 10 anos de pesquisa para desenvolver essa formula, e com a tecnologia Aura-Inside, a Teint Miracle eh a primeira base a recriar a luz natural da pele. 
A textura eh bem delicada e leve mesmo, sendo muito facil de espalhar pelo rosto. Achei super ideal para o dia-a-dia, pois tem FPS 15, nao tem oleo ou perfume na composicao, eh nao-comedogenico e testado dermatologicamente. Agora, na minha humilde opiniao, se voces querem cobrir alguma imperfeicao, tipo espinhas ou cicatrizes, acho que essa base nao eh para isso.
A minha cor eh a 03 na Australia (as cores mudam de pais para pais). Na escala MAC, eu sou uma mistura do NC35 e NC42). Aqui ele custa $69,00 (dolares australianos), nas lojas Myer ou David Jones.


Hello girls! I have another good find for you! If you're looking for a nice and light foundation to use on a daily basis, I really recommend Lancome Teint Miracle Foundation (the one Kate Middleton wore on her wedding day). I thought it was just all hype, but I was quite surprised by the results. I have been using it for 3 months and loving it! =D
According to Lancome, it took 10 years of research to develop this Aura-Inside technology, which recreates the true natural light of perfect skin.
It was weightless and very easy to apply, that's why I thought it was perfect for everyday use. It has SPF 15, is suitable for sensitive skin, oil-free, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic and dermatologist-tested. 
If you're looking for something to cover up your pimples and scars, I don't recommend this foundation, as I mentioned, it is quite light. 
My colour is 03 in Australia (colours change from country to country). Just so you have an idea, I'm a mixture of MAC NC35 and NC42. Here it costs $69,00 at Myer and David Jones stores.

Lembra do meu anel de coruja? Olha ele ai de novo, mas dessa vez o esmalte eh uma mistura nude que eu fiz. Usei uma demao do Apricot da NYC Color como base, depois apliquei uma camada de um rosinha bem claro, o Manicure Pink tambem da NYC Color, e por ultimo, apliquei o Coney Island Cotton Candy da OPI.

PS: Reparem nas gaivotas dando um role na praia! rs

Remember my owl ring? It's here again! But this time the nail polish I'm wearing is a nude mixture I made. I applied one coat of Apricot by NYC Color as base, one coat of a very light pink called Manicure Pink, also by NYC Color, and lastly I applied one coat of Coney Island Cotton Candy by OPI.

Rimel The Colossal - Update

Lembram que eu comprei aquele rimel a prova d'agua da Maybelline, o The Colossal? Pois eh, apos um mes de uso e algumas idas a praia, sinto informar que ele nao passou no teste. Ele borra muito, como se nao fosse a prova d'agua, mesmo em condicoes normais, tipo ir ao supermercado. Ele borra muito mais do que os nao a prova d'agua. Totalmente reprovado! Ele realmente da "aquele" volume, mas nao foi por isso que eu o comprei, ne? (Para ler o post anterior sobre esse rimel, clique aqui.)


Remember I bought that waterproof mascara, The Colossal? Well... after one month of wearing it and few trips to the beach, I'm afraid to say it is reproved! It smudges more than the non-waterproof mascaras I have, even under "normal" conditions, like going to the grocery store. It gives the volume they promise, but   I didn't buy it for the volume, I bought it because it was supposed to be waterproof. (To read the previous post about this mascara, click here.)

Verao vem chegando e com ele aquele calor que eu adoro, de fritar ovo na calcada, de suar so de ficar sentado na cadeira... Adoro! Mas pra ficar bonita, mesmo suando horrores, decidi que vou experimentar o tao falado e comentado rimel The Colossal Volum'Express da Maybelline, versao a prova d'agua. A cor eh o pretinho 240 Glam Black, e diz a embalagem que esse rimel da 7x volume instantaneo,  sem empelotar nos cilios e contem colageno. Na verdade, eu so o comprei porque era a prova d'agua mesmo... Vamos ver se ele resiste a praia e a piscina nesse verao australiano!

Summer is coming and that intense heat tags along, making you sweat profusely and your make-up melt. So,  I decided I'm going to try a waterproof mascara because I want to be pretty even when I'm sweating like a pig! lol. The chosen one was this so famous, talked about, loved around the world Maybelline The Colossal Volum'Express mascara. The colour is the 240 Glam Black, and the packaging says it gives you 7x instant volume, no clumps, with colagen. Let's see if this waterproof mascara can resist the beach and pool this australian summer!
